Ernest W. Jones is the founder and senior pastor of True Vine Ministries World Outreach Fellowship in Fayetteville, NC. He is also the senior serving bishop of the World Outreach Fellowship Association of Churches.

He has earned a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Biblical Studies and Clinical Pastoral Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Leadership. One of his most prized degrees is his Master of Arts Degree in Church History from Colorado Theological Seminary.
Dr. Jones serves as President and Senior Instructor of the True Vine Theological Seminary and as an adjunct professor with Manna University. He founded the True Vine Academy in 2025, an elementary school serving children from kindergarten to 5th grade, and provides oversight as the Superintendent and Chairman of the Board of the Academy. He is a certified chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains and has served as the lead chaplain with the Fayetteville Police Department. He also serves his community as the vice chairman the Cape Fear Valley Health System Board of Trustees.
His love for leadership and providing impactful opportunities for believers to encounter God led him to launch “That Little Preacher Ministries”. Through “That Little Preacher Ministries”, he provides church consultations, leadership trainings, sermon seminars, and an annual Hungry For God Encounter Retreat.
Dr. Jones is a military veteran; a publisher author; a podcast host; recipient of numerous community awards and engaged in many other endeavors.
Dr. Cynthia Jones
Pastor Cynthia Jones is an ordained Elder who faithfully serves the body of Christ through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A devoted scholar and teacher of the Word, she holds Associate Degrees in Early Childhood Development and General Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from the Family Bible Institute and Seminary of Baltimore, Maryland, and a Doctorate in Biblical Exposition from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
Pastor Cynthia currently serves as the Dean of True Vine Theological Seminary and is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for True Vine Academy.
Born in Mobile, Alabama, and raised in a military family, Pastor Cynthia’s background instilled in her a deep sense of discipline, compassion, and service. She is certified in the areas of healing, dreams, and dream interpretation, allowing her to minister to others with both spiritual insight and biblical wisdom.
Known affectionately as Pastor CJ, she is guided by her signature declaration: “I owe God praise.”
Her life and ministry are anchored in a single purpose—to give God what He wants.
Together, Drs. Ernest and Cynthia Jones are the proud parents of one daughter, Jessica.
